The Tutor AI is an AI-powered learning tool designed to help students understand how to solve problems by teaching the method, not just the answer. It is operated by Ethan Pyatt (“we”, “us”, “our”) in the United Kingdom.
By creating an account and using The Tutor AI, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The Tutor AI is intended for use by students of all ages, including children. If you are under 13 years old, you must have permission from a parent or guardian before creating an account. By registering, you confirm that either you are 13 or older, or a parent/guardian has consented on your behalf.
Parents and guardians may contact us at support@thetutorai.app to request deletion of a child's account or data at any time.

Explanations, answers, and images are generated by AI (including Anthropic's Claude and Stability AI's image models) and may occasionally contain errors. The Tutor AI should be used as a learning aid, not as a definitive academic source. Always verify important information with a qualified teacher or textbook.
AI-generated images are produced for educational illustration purposes only. We do not claim copyright over images generated on your behalf, and ownership of such images is subject to Stability AI's terms of service.
Free accounts are limited to a set number of questions per day and include the Written learning style only. Pro accounts offer increased limits, Visual and Video learning styles, AI-generated concept images, and extended history — for a monthly subscription fee.
We reserve the right to change pricing or features with reasonable notice. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Schools and teachers using The Tutor AI are responsible for ensuring appropriate use by their students and for obtaining any necessary parental consents required by their own policies. School administrators may contact us to discuss data processing agreements (DPAs) where required.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the settings page, and all associated data will be removed within 30 days.
The Tutor AI is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
