By creating an account and using The Tutor, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. Use of the Service

The Tutor is intended for personal educational use. You agree not to:

• Use the service to cheat in exams or assessments
• Share your account with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the platform
• Submit harmful, offensive, or illegal content

4. AI-Generated Content

Explanations and answers are generated by AI and may occasionally contain errors. The Tutor should be used as a learning aid, not as a definitive academic source. Always verify important information with a qualified teacher or textbook.

5. Free & Pro Plans

Free accounts are limited to 6 questions every 24 hours. Pro accounts offer unlimited questions for a monthly subscription fee. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the settings page.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Tutor is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated content.
